  Horrible experience. Was given wrong information from 2 different people about what size of propane stove to be installed at the apartment. Was too underpowered to make it livable last winter. So lost money by not being able to rent the apartment. Refused to upgrade the stove to a bigger model unless I paid another installation fee. Finally got new stove installed only after I said I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After 3 months of functioning stove stops working. The stove is under warranty but owner refuses to fix the stove until I pay the rest of the stove off. Owner doesn't want a monthly payment plan. Will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. So as of right now the owner has $500 of my money and I have a stove that doesn't work during winter. Only 3 months old!!! Will tell everyone I know to go anywhere else for their heating supplies!!!
