I waited on hold for over a half hour on Tuesday, and never got to speak with anyone, so I visited their web-site and found that they have online ordering. The site says that if you order before 5 PM that the order will be delivered on the next day. I ordered a 3 PM, so I thought I was safe. Well, the order never arrived on Wednesday, so we called them this morning. We finally got in touch with someone (after an hour on hold) and they told us that the oil will not be delivered until next Wednesday. This presents a problem for us. We will run out of oil by next Wednesday. This is very upsetting. Looks like it is time to find a new oil company.
